The customer service was amazing, Matt was very helpful and provided us with a coffee and helped pick out a range of beds that suited both our price range and style/needs.

Matt was very knowledgeable, he did not try to pressure me into buying anything but took the time and trouble to make sure that I was fully satisfied before I placed my order. His colleague was also helpful but have forgotten his name ! They were both very friendly and approachable and the coffee was a lovely touch too... Will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

David was friendly, welcoming, very knowledgeable and helpful, he advised us to use the new technology that was in the store to find the right mattress for us, which I wouldn’t have even noticed, and he helped us with the different mattresses recommended for us, and he also showed us the different range of new cool pillows now available which again I knew nothing about. The store is clean and tidy and well laid out but I would like to point out the desks/pay points in the Norwich branch all face towards the front of the store and when the sun shines it goes directly into the staff and customers eyes making it really difficult to see the computer screen that they place the orders on, a blind across the top windows would be wonderful for them and the customers alike.
