Dennis approached us as we entered your store. We told him our budget and he directed us to where we would find beds in our price range. He also made us a cup of coffee which was fantastic as it was cold outside. After we had picked our bed he went through everything thoroughly. Our 5 yr old daughter happily played with the colouring sets they had which kept her occupied while we sorted the transaction. Overall it was an easy transaction made better by a lovely salesman who wasnt pushy like most I've experienced. Thanks Dennis xxx

Very knowledgeable staff very friendly and very very helpful and will definitely go back again.

Matthew was very efficient and helpful. He knew his subject but left me enough time to make my choice. I experienced no difficulties but there was no space for a negative answer. Please make this question and answer clearer for the person answering. I will not be in a position to rate the quality of my purchases until they are delivered and I have started using them.

Well presented products and friendly and knowledgeable staff,

Sleeping position was tested to find a selection of suitable products given the test results. Staff assistant was efficient and friendly and did not pressure us into any particular choice of item. He also provided refreshments( coffee).

Hi was highly satisfied with the staff, Dave and Sean, because where I felt like I was looking for a needle in a haystack, they were both able to identify what we both needed and attend to where everything was.

Matt was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of all the products we were interested in and very attentive. Greeted us once entering the store and asked if we required any help, gave us coffee and explained how we could find the best mattress/bed suitable to our body requirements such as painful neck, back etc. by allowing us to be monitored by the sleep watch machine. Good salesmanship as used link selling technique, showing pillows and mattress protector and insurance cover which we bought all mentioned items.
