Very Friendly staff was welcomed when we walked in and very helpful.

A good welcome. The assistant listened to our needs and took us to the most suitable area. He left us to browse but was there when we wanted to place the order. The store was very welcoming and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful.

Sean was brilliant. He was really helpful and got my order sorted really quickly for me.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I was in two minds whether to buy the bed from your store or one from your competition. The fact that your staff were able to answer all of my questions and actually show me the colour of the bed I wanted to order made all the difference

The person who helped us, Dennis in Norwich, was brilliant. Straight away he showed the children the colouring and made them feel welcome so we could just concentrate on what we were looking for. Dennis helped us chose a mattress that suited us and I cannot wait to get the mattress and bed! Excellent customer service which you don’t really get anymore these days. Thank you

Dennis the Sales person was very knowledgeable, extremly helpfull and very pleasent. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable at all times and had no qualms in placing an order At no time where we pressurised into anything.
