The assistant Dennis was extremely helpful and with the aid of the computerised bed we quickly found the right mattress for us, he then gave us time to choose the bed frame.

We were welcomed as we walked in the store and not pressured in any way like some stores. We were asked if we had anything in mind and then fully advised of where to find what we were looking for. We were then offered a coffee to drink while we browsed which was brought to us on a tray. The whole experience was amazing, very friendly but without that awful sales pressure you normally get. We were given a demonstration of the bed and then given time to make our decision.
