Excellent team members especially Matthew ( our salesman) and David who never pressured us into buying anything..... light-hearted banter amongst us all which made it a pleasure to buy from this store....we got offered tea and biscuits which was greatly welcomed.....had the bed test which was highly educational ...

Excellent service

The staff where friendly and not pushy. They seem to understand you want to be left alone to discuss your options without them being present. For example the salesperson kept leaving us to make up are minds then coming back to discuss other options with us.

I was looked after as soon as I entered the store, and give utmost respect. My assistant Dennis was so well informed and understanding of my needs. The technical bed I used to help find the right bed for me is just marvellous and certainly helped me to understand what I should go for. It was a joy to shop at Dreams. We were greeted by an assistant with a warm, friendly greeting. He guided us through all the options with a good knowledge of all the products. The delivery would have been sooner but a bank holiday delayed it.

I was helped straight away. Using the technology to find the right mattress for myself was fantastic. It was easy to choose what I wanted and placing the order was easy. Really good customer service.
