Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to and helped us with our requirements but also left us alone when trying beds so we didn’t feel under pressure which we appreciated. After being assessed on the sleepmatch, he explained all of the different mattresses that had been recommended and pointed out the benefits of each individual mattress. We were offered drinks on more than one occasion. We can’t praise Matthew highly enough for his product knowledge and customer care.

Kieran was very helpful, professional and friendly. He greeted us, offered us drinks and told us about the mattresses. We've been offered Sleep Match too. He stayed an hour after closing to sort out our purchase and finance options which is amazing and really going the extra mile.

Needed a bed for parent with mobility problems,had to be certain height,raised head & feet bed required

The assistant explained about the memory foam mattress , as it was vacuumed pack we weren't sure of the thickness , he showed us one already on a bed. It was very reasonable price & they had one in store we could buy there & then , which as we both work is a lot easier than trying to arrange a time for delivery.

Friendly efficient staff, who had a good understanding of the products available. Really pleased with the trundle divan we have chosen, and the only one we have found where both the mattresses are identical in size and offer firmness options.
