Super personal service from Dave who guided us but allowed us to take our time to choose our new mattress. When our decision was made and we went to the paperwork unfortunately part of the system was down, but staff coped and called us shortly after we arrived home to confirm delivery date.

Dennis was extremely helpful & friendly but never pushy.

We were thrilled with the expertise of the staff in the store we visited, very friendly, helped when we needed help, gave us time to chat by ourselves which made the whole experience easy to choose a mattress.

From the minute we arrived we felt very comfortable in the store, both members of staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered us drinks which is very kind. It can be quite daunting shopping for mattresses(or anything) with a toddler who is into everything, they made us all feel very welcome, then got out a colouring book and crayons for my daughter which kept her very entertained, towards the end she started to get grumpy in which the 2 members of staff was talking to her and making her laugh. They also gave us all lollipops which my daughter loved. They done really well in helping us choose a mattress as we are both very fussy. I really could fault them!! 👍 to the both of them! We will definitely be recommending you and will be back in the future. Last of all I would like to thank the lovely gentleman Dennis who delt with us, he done a fantastic jobs Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Dennis, who served us, was really helpful and introduced us to the new sleep assessment system which helped a lot in selection the mattress we needed, great service from entering to ordering, thank you

It was easy to find what we wanted and the sales assistant was friendly and helpful. The ordering and purchase process was very quick.
