Matt who served us was exceptional and really made our visit as amazing as it was. Myself and my husband both wanted different styles of TV-bed and Matt listened intently to our preferences, and then pointed out a bed we hadn't looked at, which was a compromise for both of us! We both absolutely love the bed and that was all thanks to Matt listening and matching us with the perfect bed. He truly went above and beyond!

I found that our visit to the store was a pleasant experience after doing research online before our visit. On arrival at the store we were greeted by Sean who was helpful, polite and quickly showed us to the products that we requested To see. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and gave just the correct amount of assistance whilst leaving us plenty of time to browse in our own time. Refreshments were offered which was very nice. When we decided to go ahead and place the order Sean efficiently took our order and offered related products but was not at all pushy. In summary our visit to the store was a good experience and we look forward to taking delivery of our new bed frame.

We where served by David who helped us with our choice of beds as we where looking for adjustable beds for health reasons and his knowledge helped us a great deal

Dave the store person was highly knowledgeable about the products and conducted us through demonstration to find the right mattress for us. Was kind and courteous throughout the buying process. We would recommend to anyone thinking of buying from this store to seek him out.
