Very friendly and approachable sales assistant (Matt) was able to efficiently and effectively help us place our order for our children’s beds and mattresses. He offered us a drink and even asked me if the children were allowed a lolly pop so very considerate too. Excellent service and very satisfied with the service we received.

The service we received was really good Dave and Sean had a good knowledge of the beds and mattresses and listened to what we needed and showed us a full r Angie of products. We tried out different mattresses and were given a full demonstration on how to use the sleepmotion beds which we eventually decided to buy. We were offered drinks whilst we were there and left to make a decision as to whether we were going to buy anything without feelin pushed into it so to speak.

Staff members were incredibly attentive and polite, made sure they understood my needs.

We bought a bed from Dreams when we lived in Sussex. We moved to Norfolk a couple of months ago and wanted two more beds for the spare room. The person who served us rang the branch we'd ordered from before and got the exact details of what we'd bought so we were able to get the same again. I also liked the way that we were able to browse first but, as soon as we needed some help, someone was there.

We were served by Dennis in the Sprowston Norwich store and he was very friendly, approachable and knowledgable, didn’t pressure us and left us to make up our mind on what we wanted, would definitely return to the store and recommend to family and friends.
