The assistance was brilliant, just right. Gave us a very thorough discussion of what to look for in both a mattres and a bed. Also had the sensitivity to leave us alone to try other products and discuss our options.

Vast range of products available at good prices. Sales person ( Kieran) was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and spent along time with us to ensure that we got the exact match of mattress, bed and pillows for our needs particularly as my wife has MS and suffers severe back and neck pain. Overall a very pleasant and trouble free experience.

Our salesman Matt was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Not pushy at all. He made us feel at ease and his knowledge was amazing. A real asset to the Norwich store.

Denis was extremely helpful, but also let us wander round on our own. When we chose what we wanted he answered our questions with experience and was friendly and humorous. When we came to make the purchase we had coffee, felt comfortable and not rushed. Very pleased with the 50% offer on duvets and pillows. Overall a pleasant sales experience.

Staff very pleasant helpful but not at all pushy. Had bought a mattress a month or so ago and remembered us which was nice.
