The service was brilliant and every single bed in the store felt good partly because of the store being so clean and perfect really for sleeping! Best place to go for any bedding needs.

Sean greeted us and gave assistance from start to finish. We were offered drinks, were invited to use SleepMatch (which we loved), and service was fantastic throughout. We left happy and excited for our new bed frame and mattress!

We spoke to Matt when visiting the store. Matt was extremely helpful, professional & knowledgable. He explained everything that we needed to know, wasn’t pushy & it was not a problem for him as the store closed at 8pm, I think we left there at 8.15pm! Excellent customer service from Matt & we will return at the weekend to place another order for another mattress.

There should be a ‘Dennis’ in every store! Came back after initially popping in one evening, Dennis was very friendly and approachable, answered every single question we had without being patronising or impatient. Made us feel like we could take our time and gave us a very good service! He is a credit to the store and we are extremely happy with our purchase!
