Dave the salesman was an absolute star. He paid attention to our needs and gave is all options we required. He wasn't pushy to get a sale and made us feel very comfortable. I have already recommended him to two of our friends and would happily go back if we needed anything else to purchase. The store was laid out as expected and has a large amount of products available.

We were very satisfied with everything about dreams the amount of beds and mattresses to choose from and easy for us to push a wheelchair round and the help from the staff would be returning again in the future for sure .

Staff very pleasant. Answered all our questions. Explained clearly how everything would be processed. Had a coffee while order being set up. Helped carry the takeaway items to our car.

I mentioned to the staff that my wife has Alzheimers so forgets things easily and can be quite excitable at times. Dennis was very understanding so full marks on the Dementia Friendly front.
