I am extremely satisfied with the service due to the following reasons: The employees are welcoming and friendly The store is neat and hygienic.

Staff very helpful. Plenty of time to peruse mattress. All questions were answered, refreshments offered. Explanations were given as regard to service plan of mattress and comfort regarding pillows. Overall pleasant experience, the only person to wince was my husband as he paid the bill!!!

Dennis plus one other colleague were both friendly and professional in the way they went about their job both taking the time and effort to discuss our needs. The service received was excellent and should we need to purchase more like minded products wouldn't hesitate to return to this store.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful who was able to give right advice and struck an excellent balance between giving advice and not not taking decision for us. Also very helpful and easy to place the order. The products also well displayed.

We were welcomed into the Store, and asked what our needs were. We took part on one of the Sleepmatch beds next, Then went to look at appropriate mattresses for our need. We then chose the mattress we liked best, after trying sewveral.

Excellent service from Dennis in store with valuable information in helping me choose the right product. Quick delivery time and products colour coded for ease looking in correct place.

Our assistant Dennis was very professional. He guided us to use the computerised bed selector which was an excellent tool and made our selection of an new mattress very easy. We especially wanted an eco-friendly product and found a good selection. Dennis offered us a cold drink and we found him to be amenable and helpful without being a pushy salesman. He went through every stage of the process in a calm and clear way and we felt very comfortable. Based on our experience with your staff we would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone.
