Staff were excellent. We liked the long delay possible fo the order as we are moving to the area later.

The person who served us was very friendly, knowledgeable and was not pushy in his approach.

Range of mattresses to try was excellent and help received in selecting correct firmness for us was first class.

We where greeted by David who helped us all the way through the process of finding the correct mattress for us and we are happy

My experience was amazing due to the service Kieran gave me at Dreams Norwich. He was so knowledgeable, Helpful and Patient with me. He let me use the sleep match making sure my mattress was perfect for me. he talked me through all the mattresses and Beds. Once I was set on a temper mattress he went round the shop and told me the perfect bed to fit the mattress.

Very helpful and attentive salesman who explained the difference in fillings, springs and toppings of the different mattresses on sale in the showroom.

Like the mattress assessment machine. Not seen this in other bed specialists shops. Shown 7 different type of mattresses so wasn’t totally overwhelmed or confused about choice. The shop assistant was very patient, as its not a quick decision in choosing a mattress which is quite an investment .

The staff were very knowledgeable and Matt was incredibly patient. I lost count of how many beds we tried but Matt was good humoured and helpful throughout. The sales people were not pushy and offered us hot drinks whilst we were trying out beds. The payment process was simple and straightforward.
