Dreams - Norwich

As soon as we entered the store we were met by Kieran who explained the process of colour coding etc. He then asked if we would like us to try the dreams simulator which we accepted. We were then introduced to David who went through the mattresses matched with us via the simulator. We didn't once feel pushed or rushed. David was a font of knowledge and very witty and charming.

Got to the shop and we were ofered help straightaway by Dennis, which inform us how to read the signs to check on things like price, type of mattress (which could be identified by colour of the pillows, brilliant idea), firmness etc. Then he told us to have a look around, try the mattress and call in back if we had any questions. We asked him if we could try the machine thats matches your sleep and body to the mattress which he did very happily. Dennis been very helpful all the way. Payment for the mattress and arranging the delivery was very quick and easy, no paperwork.

It is the second time I have been. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store has a small, but good amount of extras like pillows and duvets which are of very good quality. The quality of the bed and mattress we bought before was excellent. That is why we returned.

Helpful staff who understood our criteria of needing a mattress before a certain date and checked a number of products without hesitation.

We were given a little time to look round the store before a staff member approached us, much better than confronted as soon as you come in the door. Made aware of the different products, offered and accepted coffee. An al lround good experience

Dennis in the Norwich branch was incredible, a credit to the team he was able to give us some helpful advise and knowledge once we had narrowed down our selection! He was always willing to help in every way even offering pillows when trying mattresses and offering drinks! Highly recommended and Dennis is a credit to the team!
