We had help from Shaun when choosing a mattress as he set us up on the test mattress which specified which mattress would be best for us. He talked us through what we could order and any special offers they had.

Excellent service from Dave at the Norwich store and his colleague plus we were offered and had a lovely cup of coffee and were left to discuss in private

Matt was really friendly and knowledgeable. We bought an electric bed. He gave us all the options,including a reduced mattress. Which actually made our minds up to buy. He wasn’t at all pushy. He gave us much help and privacy as we needed. At the time of purchase,he was very thorough. Explaining insurance and installation without pressure. He’s a real asset to your company.

Plenty of opportunity to look around. Sales people had right mix for us of friendly and helpful without being pushy. Sales person Matt was very helpful and knowledgable.
