Not hassled by a salesperson as soon as you stepped in the door but they were there as soon as we had a question. When coming back into the store for the 2nd time that day (being very indecisive!) We were offered a cup of tea or coffee and made to feel very welcome with all our questions. After getting a tape measure and printing us off the measurements the salesperson we had was great

The staff were very helpful. They gave us space to check each bed and mattress that was suitable for our needs.

The whole store was very welcoming and werent jumping on us as soon as we walked in. Other stores i went to jumped on us straight away and we walked out. We were offered coffee and the man who served us was very friendly knew the products and was willing to listen and give us the time. Thats very hard to come by now a days. Real credit and the reason we have been bk twice this year!!

Matt made us feel valued, and he took time to listen to our needs before suggesting products as possible solutions. He gave us time to discuss the differing options without any sense of pressure toward a purchase.
