Had what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay

We went to 4 different stores and none of them were as helpful than the guys at dreams!! Nor was the experience as good as dreams! Made to feel very welcome at ease, everything was explained in detail and they were patient and so helpful as I was looking for a specific type of mattress and bed as I have an arthritis condition, we had our children with us and the guys kept them entertained too, we were offered tea and coffee while the children were colouring. it was such a lovely experience we were more than happy with the service and the goods we purchased! Great assistant, very knowledgeable of the products.

The assistant was very helpful very pleasant and friendly. He explained everything we needed to know. He informed us of any deals that were on and was just a very pleasant experience.

Salesman was not pushy but very helpful

I visited store looking for a bed for a spare room, I did not want to spend a fortune but need decent quality, the staff listened to my needs and directed me to a suitable bed at a reasonable price. They were not pushy, I had looked at another store who had and equally suitable product but chose Dreams as they listened and did not try up sell they just gave advice and as a result I purchased a better mattress.

Kieran was extremely helpful, without being pushy. Got quality products at a quality price.

Dennis was very helpful in every aspect in helping us choose the correct bed for our needs, he made a lovely cup of coffee to! We felt very welcome at the shop, never have shopped here before, but won't be the last time.

We were greeted by the staff when we entered the shop and asked if we required assistance , which we did . The different types of products were explained to us and we were then encouraged to use the sleep match user . Nice experience . When we tried the recommended mattress it was perfect . Glad we made the visit . Would definitely recommend our family and friends to try the sleep match user .
