Been before and was very satisfied with the staff who served me, I wasn't disappointed this time either.

Nice store, plenity of different makes styles and sizes of beds to choose from. Very informative, knowledgeable and friendly sales person Sean. Answered all our queries and concerns.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, spent as much time as possible with us. Delivery was very quick and in the same week. The sleep match machine really helped too as we didn't know the first thing when choosing the right mattress.

Overall the staff were helpful and appeared to know what they were talking about. Having provisionally chosen the products we required I completed the order by telephone the following day. Once again the process went smoothly. I would have liked the delivery time to have been a tad shorter but appreciate that the shipping process can create delay. Obviously I can't comment on the overall quality and comfort of the products until we start using them, but from our store examination they should be fine.

The assistant who helped us asked what we were looking for. And with no bother at all ,showed us what we looking for ,and a selection of mattresses of what we required, after we chose the right mattress for our requirement for the bed we then sat to discuss payment. He made myself a cup of tea and my husband a coffee what wonderful service. Nothing was any bother for him. We were not rushed in any way so this gave us time to discuss our questions . Came out of the store feeling very happy with our choice and service . Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we weren't disturbed during the visit but when we asked for help, we had a great service, we have been introduced to a test machine, which really helped and navigated our choice.

Wasn't pressured as soon as we walked in we were given the time and space but at the same time knew help was at hand. I actually asked a gentleman called kienan for his recommendation as I suffer from a lifelong back problem. His knowledge and understanding was second to none. I have already recommended the store to 3 colleagues.

we were greeted by Matt who helped us through the process of the bed selections. He was very knowledgeable of all the beds and very patient with us trying the beds that were deemed suitable by the sleep match machine. he got us a duck feather pillow each to use on the beds which were so good for me, we purchased them on this visit as they were on offer. We are moving house in the next few weeks and want a new bed for the move. We explained we aren't sure whether we can fit a king size or double in the room so will have to wait until we take our old king size there to see if it fits ok. As we weren't purchasing the bed on the day this didn't worry Matt and like I said nothing was too much trouble. We will be back to purchase our bed once we have moved and know what size we can have,,,,,brilliant customer service
