Dreams - Norwich

As soon as we walked through the door of the Norwich Sprowston Retail Park dreams store the sales assistant Dave was so very polite and helpful, He had a calm and professional approach and was really knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Dave helped us to find the perfect bed for us without any pressure. He did not rush us into making a purchase, He made us a coffee and gave us plenty of time to consider our options. The service we received was Excellent and we would highly recommend this store.

The process of selecting the correct bed and accessories was perfect and the colleague very helpful. There was a computer glitch which caused considerable delay in finalising the purchase.

From the moment my son and I arrived in the store we felt valued and welcome.

It was our first visit to Dreams in Norwich. I had printed out the details of the mattress from the website so that I could ask if necessary...Kieran, Store Manager, saw my printout before I even had to ask and showed me the mattress! Very impressive! We were offered coffee while we chatted about the mattress and genuinely made to feel that we weren't rushed into making a decision, the staff just wanted us to make the right choice. Very impressive, friendly without being too chummy and very professional all round.

Kieran was very friendly and greeted us on arrival . He asked if we wanted assistance and listened very carefully to what we required. He was very knowledgeable and suggested lots of points that we had not thought of. He handed us over to Matt who then talked us through the order and explained about the insurance which was a brilliant idea and we chose to take this option.overall the Sprowston retail Norwich team were excellent.

Friendly staff, just the right amount of assistance offered. Didn't feel rushed into making a decision.
