When I entered the store I was immediately approached by Dream's Colleague MATT. I explained my needs and immediately understood my bed needs. I was shown various products and was able to make very good selections of bed products that met my requirements. I was very pleased with the easy and friendly way MATT handled my shopping experience.

I was highly satisfied with the service i received from sean and the team. Sean made us feel welcome and at ease with his friendly and genuine approach that didn't scream corporate. This was refreshing and I didn't feel I was given the clinical off the leaflet monologue that you find in other stores. Sean demoed products and really brought them to life in the real world and we got to experience the quality of the products first hand. He gave us ample time to try out the several mattresses without hovering over us and making us feel pressured in to time constraints. We were also offered a drink towhich we received with much gratitude (the hot chocolate was exceptional) the experience was further enhanced with pillow guidance and mattress protector demonstrations. All together it was a pleasant experience that catered to our every need, it was both enjoyable and educational and thanks to sean helping us to understand the technology we will receive a much better nights sleep!!. Thank you dream team. :)

I wanted a bouncy mattress with divan base for a larger person and I was advised the 1600 pocket spring mattress n classic divan base would be perfect, so I look forward to receiving it

Dave, the staff member greeted us upon our arrival, he ensured he knew what we were looking for, explained the colour coding on the products and then left us to browse at our leisure. He offered us a coffee which was a nice touch.
