No pressure or following around the shop, help required when I needed it all questions answered fully. Very friendly

Dave ( Norwich) was very personable and professional. Everything was explained and we were guided through the bed selecting process. We even had a nice cup of coffee whilst we were there. Liked that there were no pushy sales just a comfortable facilitation of information (if the buyer required it). Fantastic customer service. Very efficient sales advisors. Definitely will shop here again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for making buying a new bed a very enjoyable experience (which we were dreading before coming to Dreams).

We walked into the store and the salesman greeted us. We told him we were looking for a bed head and he directed us to them and left us to stroll around and choose what we required. When we chose the item he was most friendly and helpful and efficient for us to pay by card.

Kieran at your Norwich branch was very well informed, friendly and overall helped me make a decision on the type of mattress required. He spent a lot of time with us but was not pushy. Excellent service from him.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They listened to my specific needs as I have facet joint syndrome and arthritis. I used the machine to match my needs to the correct mattress. I tried many mattress and pillow combinations. We measured the mattress to check it fit the frame I wanted to purchase. I was offered refreshments and given the time I needed to choose the right products for me.

Dave and the rest of the Staff were second to none. Dave invited us to try as many mattresses as we liked. We were there a long time due to the fact that we wanted to ensure the choice was the correct one. We were offered drinks which was much appreciated as well. We now feel that we have made the correct decision and found all of the Staff extremely helpful - thankyou for all of your assistance and helpful advice

Efficient and friendly

Although Dennis was on his own and several customers waiting, he did everything to make us welcome.

The person who initially served me had excellent product knowledge did not pressure me one way or the other with my choice and gave a personal opinion when asked. I went away to think about what I had seen and returned to purchase based on his assessment and knowledge. The second assistant I saw was very personable and helpful and demonstrated a waterproof mattress cover which I also purchase to protect my new mattress when it is delivered
