The level of service we received was faultless. We were served by Dennis who looked after us extremely well. He showed great product knowledge whilst serving us and showing us our options. However at no time did we feel under pressure. This is something we feel strongly about. If ever we feel that we are being pressured we walk away.

We found the bed finding machine really helpful and the assistant David was lovely and so helpful.
