The sales assistant (Dennis) was highly professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He was attentive to our questions (and we had quite a few) but also gave us the time and space to make up our own minds in deciding how to proceed without applying any pressure whatsoever. Dennis configured the analysis for recommending mattress options, and, once we had selected a heavily discounted returned item, helped us to carefully examine it to ensure it was in perfect condition (it was). The price, the service and the speed of delivery were all first class. We will definitely come back to Dreams in the future.

We were looking for our first ever proper mattress and didn’t have much prior knowledge. We were greeted on arrival by friendly Dave at the Norwich store and he took us to the sleep match program and we tried all the suggested beds and eventually found our perfect mattress as well as pillows. Highly knowledgeable and friendly customer service. We were very pleased!
