Dennis the sales assistant went above and beyond to listen to my needs, show me availability, gave me time to make a decision , knew his products, stock and locations of beds around the store. He helped me make a decision but didn’t put me under pressure and I left with exactly what I was looking for. He was polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble

We were served by a lovely gentleman named Dennis. He acknowledged us straight away when entering the store and when we said we were browsing he left us to it. He was readily available when we ready to purchase, we good knowledge of the products and lovely customer service. All the staff members seemed friendly. We left very happy with our purchase and both commented when walking to the car how nice Dennis was.

David was extremely helpful and accommodating. He help us choose the correct bed for me as I was buying an electric bed and mattress. He gave us refreshments and was really nice. I couldn't be happier with the visit and the purchase.
