From the minute we entered the store we got a warm welcome from Mathew who helped us from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable regarding all the products we was looking at and gave us some good pointers to each product. We felt very relaxed buying all our stuff from dreams knowing how well the staff treated us. I would definitely recommend buying from Dreams. 5*

Matthew, the colleague who attended to us, was outstanding at providing the right amount of attention to point us in the right direction and then giving us space to make an unpressured yet informed decision. His manner spoke superbly of your firm. We arrived at Dreams off the back of a very negative experience at one of your competitors, and Matthew could not have been better.

Shop assistant Dennis is an asset to Dreams Norwich. Amazing customer service, he let us know quite quickly he was about if we needed him, then let us get on and look and sort out what we liked, he kept checking in so we could ask more questions and then let us carry on again. Not pushy in anyway yet available for us when we needed, it was perfect service, he was friendly and relatable and very Efficient when we then ordered. We have already recommended to family who need a bed to go there because of his service!

We were greeted by friendly staff. We were the only customers at the time and ever member of staff took the time to talk to us. We were offered a cold drink and we’re able to have a laugh with the staff while we were placing our order. They were all very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything about the finance agreement. I was really impressed with the whole experience.
