We were looking for adjustable beds and mattresses and had a good idea of what we required. Sleep Expert Matthew answered all our questions and explained about the different types of mattress especially with our arthritis and related problems. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable about the adjustable bed functions, mattresses and bed frames to house the adjustable bed and we ended up ordering two! We were offered tea, coffee or water and were treated with the utmost courtesy by Matthew and Sean.

I wrote a long answer to this. It took about ten minutes. All about how amazing the main salesperson was and how covid safe everything felt. But the page refreshed and didn't save it.

Dennis was very knowledgeable patient and couldn't have done any more to help us

We went to dreams in Norwich and Dennis was great! I went in with my partner and my daughter and we have been in a few times trying to make a decision and this time it was decision day. When we were ready I went over to Dennis while my daughter and my partner wondered round and Dennis was so lovely! He explained everything so well and was so funny all at the same time! Would definitely come back and see him again!
