Very pleasant assistant (laurence) very helpful and made our shopping experience a pleasure. We were going to look at other stores for our bedding but decided to stay with dreams

Our sales assistant, David, took the time to talk to my teenage son about what he wanted. Thought the 'magic' bed was good and very helpful.

We visited the Norwich Dreams Store to just look at getting a new mattress as ours is nearly 8 years old. Straight away we were greeted by Dave who was so friendly, knowledgable and my Husband believes he actually bought his previous bedroom furniture and bed from Dave all those years ago. Dave showed us the Dream Sleep Assessor Machine to determine which mattresses would be best for us. Dave spent a lot of time with us, explaining the different make ups of all the mattresses, the qualities and bed sizes. We couldn’t decide between two different mattresses so Dave gave us a couple of quotes and we went home to ponder our options. We we so happy after our store visit we went back the next day especially to see Dave and make an order. Even the order process was really enjoyable and Dave explained everything thoroughly to us. We’re now excitedly waiting for our new bed to arrive and can’t wait!

The staff helped us find the precious mattress we had ordered with them so we could get the same in a bigger size and then when completing the same 4 complimentary pillows were added which was amazing customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff a absolutely pleasure to shop at your Norwich Rowntree way store. This was the first visit to Dreams but it will not be my last and will definitely recommend your store to all my friends and family without hesitation. Well done.

Opening hours were good and range of products on display was excellent. We were greeted quickly and made very welcome and I was supplied with a mask as I had forgotten mine. We were offered a drink and given lots of help to find the most suitable mattress for us. Laurence, who helped us was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of opportunity to try out different beds. It was lovely to have such great advice without any pressure on us. We went away to think about it and came back to make our purchase the next day. A very positive experience.
