The store assistant approached us upon entering and made it clear he was available to help us but wouldn't pester us, which was a nice change from other stores where staff do not leave you alone. He offered us water and was readily available when we had questions. He showed us the mattress testing machine that confirmed our preference and made the whole experiance a pleasure from start to finish.

I wanted a mattress I could take away from the store. The shop assistant took time to find me a good quality product within my budget and another colleague assisted in getting the mattress down to the ground floor and they both assisted me getting into my vehicle. I have purchased from Dreams in Sprowston before and always been very pleased with the customer service.

Dave who served us answered all our questions. Was extremely helpful and friendly. We was also offered a drink when ordering. Covid rules made us feel very safe

I visited the Norwich store and unfortunately can’t remember the 2 chaps names who assisted me but can’t praise them enough for there help and friendliness helping me choose exactly the bed items I needed at an excellent price.

The use of the sleep machine which identified most suitable beds, thus narrowing the range of products to look at. The very helpful guidance of Matthew who patiently dealt with two elderly customers.

Easy parking outside the store. Very friendly staff who welcomed us immediately on entering & asking what we needed. When long delivery date on mattress we wanted an alternative was suggested which was just as comfortable & delivery within 7 days. We also availed of the mattress recycling scheme. Overall result - perfect.
