We were greeted as soon as we arrived, we were listened to and it felt like Matt understood our needs straight away and gave great advice which led to us buying the perfect mattress and extras!

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable on the products I needed to buy. I was allowed to try out a few beds before making my final choice. The sales assistant also offered me a bottle of water while I waited for him to input my purchase. My experience was enjoyable and pleasant.
