Dave,the chap who served us in the Sprowston Branch was very helpful and a vast knowledge of mattresses.This is why we ended up purchasing one.

The colleagues were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and discussed different options with us. We were able to have a bed assessment to determine the best bed for us and were offered pillows to test each bed with. We were also offered a bottle of water and we generally well looked after. All social distancing and other protocols were adhered to

Dennis and the team were friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. Would recommend to my friends and very impressed with them.

The assistant was very well mannered ad very helpful. He allowed us plenty of time to choose our mattress. His product knowledge and advice was second to none it was nice to shop without being pressurised to buy.

The customer service we received was some of the best I have experienced. The staff were friendly and positive without seeming false or fake. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were not at all pushy and we’re not overbearing (unlike Some stores). They where there when we needed help but provided space so we could look around and discuss our options. We were lucky enough to find the mattress we were ‘matched’ with in the sale section, and while we may have not been able to afford the full price, the sale price was very reasonable

If you want to purchase the best it pays to go to the best.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful but not at all pushy. His knowledge was excellent and he then allowed us time to work around our options with no pressure.

Dennis was very helpful and gave us time to try the Tempest beds, to see which one was right for us, and he was very knowledgeable on each one.

When we entered the store Denis was very friendly and took care of us straight away giving me advise and the freedom to explore and test out. It was a hot day and my children were even offered drinks this was a personal touch to add without the risk and personal touches have been forgotten in many places due to Covid so well done Denis this made our day. Once I had chosen Denis was straight on it again and took our order sorting it out in minutes; on our way very happy and satisfied x x
