Dennis was excellent. Listened, understood our needs and what was important to us, and then helped us get our order placed .

The service was just right. Helpful and available without being pushy. Really seemed to take the time to understand what we wanted and were on hand to help but also have us time to discuss it with each other. They gave us additional products (pillow) which I plan to go back in and buy! Really thorough and friendly. They also offered a cold bottle of water.

Laurence was excellent he was friendly, knowledgeable and had great customer service.

The colleague Lawrence in the Norwich dreams store was super friendly, attentive and helpful! He had all the knowledge we need to help us choose our first decent mattress and we are over the moon with our final choice. Nothing was too much he was more than happy to help, even when we went back with extra questions! Brilliant service 👍🏻

I wish we knew the name of the gentleman that served us in the Norwich store. He was the best salesman we have ever had, knowledgable, friendly, not pushy in any way but knew what he was talking about that he could say what he thought we wanted in such a way that it made us feel like he really cared. Truly brilliant service.

Got what we came out shopping for in good time (on a time limit as we had our baby with us) narrowed it down very quickly although we were not rushed

I can honestly say one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. We did actually go to Bensons round the corner prior to heading to Dreams, and the whole experience in Dreams was far superior. We were greeted by staff the minute we walked in the door, we were offered a drink when we got in and immediately went through the mattress matching process. Matt was our sales advisor, and he seemed really knowledgable about all the products. Even when we were trying the machine recommended products, he listened to our feedback and encouraged us to try different options suited to what we wanted, which ultimately led to us finding our dream mattress! My partner had an online offer for Dreams which staff kindly honoured in store, and the deal we got in the end was fantastic. I was really apprehensive about spending the amount we have, but know it is a huge investment, especially as I am somebody who has struggled with sleep due to pain and discomfort on our existing mattress. Bring on a good night sleep thanks to your staff at Dreams in Norwich!! Will 100% recommend to anybody.

Matthew was fab - welcoming from the start. Supported us with choices offered drinks and even remembered me after returning the next day. He was easy to talk to made us feel at ease but also joked with us. Overall he was amazing and helped us make a choice. The purchase process was easy abs delivery time was great.
