Right from the start we were helped,the information given to me by your salesman Dennis was both helpful and easy to understand.

The customer service rep Matthew was very helpful. He explained all the differences between the different mattresses.

I walked in to be politely greeted by ‘Dennis’, Dennis was knowledgeable and professional listening to what I wanted and providing options. I used the sleep machine to calculate beds suitable for me and was then shown 6 beds meeting my needs. Dennis talked me through each of the beds and was then able to give me good comparison information on the two I narrowed it down to. It was nice to have everything explained in what before I arrived seemed like a minefield of choice.

Dennis and Sean helped us and they were so full of knowledge. They were so friendly and really made it a special shopping experience. Cannot recommend them enough

we had previously bought beds at a different Dreams store and wanted to purchase a bed similar to one we bought around 5 years ago. The member of staff helped us to find the most appropriate mattress (very comfortable) and the ordering process was carried out very efficiently without undue pressure to add on extras that we didn't want.

Dennis at the Norwich branch couldn’t have helped us enough, he was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We used the sleep match and Dennis helped us find the perfect bed for us. Not only was it very comfortable, it was also an ex display bed and we got it for a discounted price. Dennis was extremely kind and gave us pillows which were suited to back sleepers and a mattress topper free of charge. So extremely kind of him!
