Very helpful sales assistant who clearly had a high knowledge level on all the products on offer. We got some real bargains in store and were extremely happy with the service

The service from start to finish from Dennis at the Norwich store was brilliant. He was friendly, funny and easy to talk to. The available delivery times and dates were excellent and needed as we had left it a bit last minute with moving into our first home. Highly recommend dealing with Dennis and the price and quality of product on offer.

Dennis was really lovely,made us a cuppa and knew so much about all the beds,his customer services was excellent.we were made to feel welcome,we went to another well known bed shop before dreams and won't impressed,Dennis didn't need a tablet to find information out.

Polite and friendly guys, both were with customers when we walked in but still acknowledged our arrival along with their assurances that we would be served soon. Encouraged a detail discussion about our needs and requirements which lead to measurement process on your test bed. The manager asks "Dennis the bed doctor" to go through our options whilst he attended to another customer. Dennis was great and we ended up buying a new bed and head board which suited our needs without any of the usual pressure selling one can expect nowadays. A breath of fresh air and both are a great asset to your company.

I went into dreams first as it was near a pets at home I use, not really knowing what I wanted. If I’m honest. A very friendly gentleman come over and suggested the machine. We were offered bottled water whilst we in store too which is nice. The machine choose around 6 mattresses. We tested these out and fell in love based on the item not the price. If we’d of wondered around without direction we would of dismissed it on price alone but as it was suggested so we tried it. After all the added extras IE insurance and what not, mattress protectors/guarantee it worked out to be very reasonable. I’m naive on how much beds cost many of my previous ones have been second hand or passed along so cheap but on the whole I’m highly glad I did Now I need a bedstead and I will for sure be coming back

My partner and I needed a mattress to take home that very day as we had just moved and had no mattress. Your store had exactly the mattress we were looking for and we were able to take it home with us right away. So helpful! We were served by a wonderful man called Dennis in your Norwich store. He was extremely helpful and friendly, with great empathy, humour and people skills. He showed us various options and gave us time and space to have a think. After going to several stores with people smothering us and trying to push sales on us, Dennis was a breath of fresh air. The whole process was straightforward and the selection was great. Thanks!
