Matthew was extremely welcoming, respectful of social distancing and after understands our needs and preferences, took us straight to items that would suit these. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed with the overall service package we experienced.

We had the most fun wondering about with our pillows jumping on beds. Dennis helped us and he was an absolute dream. Pun intended. He was there to help us straight away, gave us a water, talked us through the sleep station, and what we really liked was that he gave us a few minutes on each bed to just chat amongst ourselves rather than being on us the whole time. We were really happy with how clean and sanitised the store seemed and everyone we spoke to was just lovely.

All the staff where friendly and helpful. As a customer I felt comfortable looking around the different products with help and advice to hand if I needed it.
