Dreams - Norwich

The store was very well set out so we could find what type we wanted quickly. The assistant was really helpful(sorry can't remember his name) and the communication for the delivery was very good. The delivery guys were brilliant really friendly. The store also had plenty of hand sanitiser and good space between beds.

Everyone was very friendly and approachable. We were offered bottled water on arrival and before we ordered our products.

From the minute we walked in the store we were made to feel welcome. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered what we were looking for at a price that was agreeable.

When I first walked in I was greeted by a lovely man Dennis he asked me what I was looking for, when I found the frame I was looking for he helped me with all my questions, he was funny and very welcoming, I had to go measure up so I returned a week later and another one of his colleges helped he was also very helpful, funny and a pleasure to talk to, my time at dreams in Norwich was brilliant, great staff not pushy at all very helpful I had a great laugh with them! I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family! Thank you x

Served by Matthew, Dennis and Laurence. Could not have been more helpful. Initially went I knowing which mattress we wanted and as this had been removed from display for new product ranges were able to purchase the ex display. This was removed from the packaging for us and we were allowed to make our decision without unnecessary pressure. All three gents were extremely helpful and we will be returning to the store for all our future bed needs. Thanks for the great service. Amy and Matt
