Dreams - Norwich

The customer service we received from Dennis was second to none. He was very helpful, very accommodating and helped us find the perfect mattress and bed. We got to the store at 6pm on a Friday evening, knowing Dreams shut at 7pm, we still hadn’t chosen which products we wanted but Dennis kept the store open for us and offered to stay as long as we needed to help us. We really appreciated this. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed which was great. End result, we ordered both a lovely bed and very comfortable mattress and left the store in Norwich at 8pm. Great service and would highly recommend to any family and friends.

Sean was helpful amiable and knowledgeable about all the products. Wasn't pushy or 'in your face' as they say. The whole experience was very good. I'm excited about receiving my mattress in the next few days.

Dennis who assisted me was great from the start. he was friendly but not pushy, he was interested but didn't force his help. Dennis answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience. nothing was to much trouble and i loved the relaxed feeling your staff provided while I was in store making my purchase. I would recommend and in fact my parents will be purchasing later this year from your store.

The staff at the Norwich branch - both Rob, who was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable and the assistant who I can’t remember his name we’re just lovely. I would not hesitate to return.

Friendly, took time to help, listened to our needs. The bed frame we wanted wasn’t available in the colour we wanted so staff went above and beyond to find us the next best thing. We were offered a drink as well
