Laurence was extremely helpful as soon as we entered the store making myself and daughter feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. He had a great sense of humour and was just generally very pleasant. His product knowledge was extensive, although we know it's in his interest to make a sale he did not push me into making any decisions then or there and answered every question honestly!

Me & my husband were Highly Satisfied thanks to Dave he was absolutely brilliant !! He listen to us & made the whole experience fun and easy ! I called ahead to ensure we could try beds, the staff were friendly and put my mind at ease about visiting the branch. Upon arriving we were greeted by multiple staff members and felt very welcome. We did a sleep match to determine which beds were suitable for us and tried those on our list with a lovely pillow that matched our needs too, the options were explained in detail to ensure we had the product knowledge to make a decision that suited us, we did not feel pressured at any point and the sale was very much in out hands. We were offered lots of additional extras to support us and our new bed. Laurence ensured we knew all details for the finance and explained delivery, all whilst we were able to sit and discuss with a drink ( bottle of water ) , kindly provided by him. Overall my experience was enjoyable and we have left with the mattress of our dreams. I would have bought the wrong one online so I'm very thankful to Laurence and the team for a friendly, no pressure service. Will defiantly we using them again in the future. From the moment we arrived at the store we were made to feel welcome and have all our questions answered as novice mattress buyers. Despite arriving at the store ten minutes before close we weren't rushed at all whilst looking at mattresses and were able to have a go on the sleepmatch machine. We were offered drinks and made to feel very welcome. I would highly recommend.

From the time we entered the store, someone was available to talk to about what we wanted, we were given the choice to try the sleep match, which gave us several mattresses to choose from, and we were free to look around the bed basses without any pressure but someone was always available if we needed any advice or information, all in all an enjoyable experience.

Hello, I’m Micael and I’m going to write a little bit about my experience when visiting and buying at the Dreams store and why I’m very satisfied. I had no problem during my visit at the store. The Dreams store offered me security for my health with my visit in the store during this pandemic (covid-19) with the great concern with the social distancing guidelines. The store is very clear when easily finding the desired product and with a very high quality product at an excellent price. I was assisted during my entire purchase by a store colleague who was very helpful, both in knowing the product, and in advising the best product for my position when sleeping. He gave me confidence from the first minute in the store, with all his knowledge, friendliness, and patience in understanding everything I needed from the store. I recommend Dreams store to everyone, friends and family, and I am sure that I will buy again at the store as soon as I need it. Thank you for all your sympathy and confidence in the best product. Was approached by Dennis. He understood my needs and was super helpful. When we had found exactly what I was looking for, both the product and price that I was very happy with, he did advise me to go and look at the competition. Very professional approach. I did look elsewhere but they, Mattressman mainly, was very shoddy by comparison.
