The sales team were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and tidy and nothing seemed too much trouble. Unfortunately no NHS discount but the team were very polite when they said no!

Assistant treated us with respect and did not hurry us with making a purchase.

Laurence was helpful, attentive, and clearly knew his stuff. He took our requirements, reasons and existing research into account, and adapted our journey with our feedback on each of the mattresses as we started to explore the options available. He also took some time to understand us as well as our requirements. We came in with only a fairly basic understanding on what we thought we wanted, and left happy knowing that not only had we ordered something that would give us years of satisfaction, but hadn't missed any potentially better options.

The salesman was courteous and had an in depth knowledge of the product. The order was placed quickly and efficiently. I was shown some delivery dates that suited me and the purchase was completed very smoothly. Well done Dreams.

The staff and in particular a member called Mathew. He was very knowledgeable and courteous to my wife and i. We wanted to buy a bed and mattress but unfortunately the bed we chose didn't come in the colour we wanted. Mathew was very patient with us and suggested another style of bed which in the end we purchased along with a mattress and pillow.

Friendly staff who were professional and knowledgeable about the products on sale. The store is well laid out and all the beds are easy to access. All of the current Covid precautions were obvious to see and we felt well protected during our visit. Can't fault our experience in store, but unable to comment on the mattress & pillow we purchased until we have received them and used them.

We felt very looked after. Sean, the salesman, understood what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy and let us try out the mattresses in our own good time. We felt comfortable and under no obligation whatsoever. Sean was most helpful throughout our visit!

Dennis who looked after us was rwally friendly and helpful, had great product knowledge and helped us find exactly what we were looling for.

Laurence was on hand throughout our visit, we done the sleep match test and he walked round with us to advise us of the ones that matched our needs. Great advice on pillows too! Would highly recommend
