Laurence who served us could not do enough to help us, he asked pertinent questions to make sure he understood our needs and actually although we went in to buy a bed frame we ended up buying a mattress too!

DENNIS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE US TIME TO CHECK WHAT SUITED US AND WOULD ASK HOW WE WERE DOING ETC. GREAT SERVICE.

Highly knowledgeable staff and very friendly

From the moment we entered the store and Dennis first approached us, he was friendly and offered us a cup of coffee and invited us to try the Dreams mattress finder machine! He gave us space to browse whilst being on hand when we needed any question asked!! Dennis is a real credit to the Norwich (Sprowston) shop!! We couldn’t have asked a better shopping experience, he made us feel at ease all the way through!! Would definitely but from Dennis again!!

Dennis at the store most helpful explained everything and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Delivery Guys kept us informed arrived on time and installed the bed where requested and took away the packaging
