The products and service were second to none! It's just a shame I have to wait 7 weeks, but I do understand that the bed frame availability is probably out of your hands.

Staff were really knowledgeable, I thought the mattress was very good value and it was also a bonus we got 20% off the bed frame too. Delivery was also super quick which we were very pleased with as we were expecting a long lead time.

Myself & my Husband entered Dreams in the hope of purchasing a single mattress. We were offered help straight away. We explained what we were looking for & were given advice from a Dreams Salesperson. We were then allowed to browse by ourselves. Once we found what we were looking for. We then went & sat down. Order process was very efficient. The guy (Dennis) was very polite & talked us through each step. We were able to order & arrange for delivery in a weeks time. Very happy with our experience

Was allied thought the mattress and beds we like staff are so nice and helpful can’t fault them .. I have got a few beds from this store and they are always help even when it’s was time to close the store they stayed later for us to put our order in GREAT Service

The machine that told me what sort of bed I needed was good, friendly staff, good selection of mattresses, bottles of water on a hot day.

Laurence was very approachable, listened to what we were looking for and very knowledgeable about the products recommended to us by the sleep match. He was also able to explain how the sleep match worked and what information it gathered from your personal sleeping positions.

The overall experience was great, we came about 6 months ago and saw Dennis an bought a bed and again a couple of days ago and we were delighted to see Dennis again to get a mattress this time. Dennis is an asset to dream's and provides the best service ever, we are so happy with our purchases and look forward to dealing with dreams again, thanks
