My husband and I had a lovely experience at Dreams. First thing out of lockdown we were eager to try what mattresses would best suite us as a couple. Dennis at dreams was eager to help us and couldn't have been more friendly, easy going and not the least bit pushy. He had us do the sleep match, which was just amazing technology. We than received our possible matches and Dennis showed us each of them with info to give. Then he simply let us be and let us take as long as we liked to throughly try and figure out what we liked best. Throughout this entire process Dreams themselves had amazing protocols laid out to ensure everyone is kept safe during the pandemic. After a couple hours really trying to nail what we loved, we finally decided. Dennis really did allow us to take our time. The finance options Dreams has is definitely one of the best! And the sleep trial period is such an ease of mind! Walked out knowing our newly chosen bed will be with us within a week! Another exceptional service! We needed a new mattress and when we entered the store we didnt know what we wanted. We used the machine that finds a range of mattresses that could be suitable for us and also by filling in the questionnaire that then gave us some choices. With the guidance of Dave at the Norwich store, we were able to choose one to suit our needs. I would recommend Dreams to all my family and friends. Friendly and helpful staff

The assistant was very friendly, made me feel at ease. He was very attentive and listened to what we wanted. He negotiated a deal with including a duvet with our purchase at a lower price. The placing of the order was quick and efficient and quick delivery.
