I knew what bed, head board and mattress I was interested in. I contacted the store and spoke to Rob over the phone. I’m a student too so I asked if I could use my 10% discount code, this was done over the phone without a problem and I ordered my bed, mattress and head board with any problems. I’m happy with the delivery coming next week also.

I had the option of getting some points on ordering online through perks at work but decided to go through ordering with Rob just for his customer service alone.
