Have dealt with dreams in the past.in fact this was our 2nd bed purchase in th last 3 months

Rob who did my telephone order over the phone, he was excellent and so helpful.

we had Dennis he was very professional and was not the normal pushy sales man

We were served by very friendly member of staff Dennis. He welcome us at shop, ask if we meed help, explain and left us alone and he back to us exactly when we needed to, when decided to which mattress want to buy. 100 % recognised our needs.

I was made to feel very welcome and asked if I needed help or just wanted to look first. When I needed help they was there at the right time. The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful offering different payment options so I could get my son the bed he wanted. I would definitely come back again

Very helpfull with no presure to pay

Walking into the store it was clear that covid protocols were being followed. We were greeted by a staff member who explained the covid protocols and provided us with PPE if we needed to try any of the beds. All questions and queries were answered by Lawrence. He was very friendly and professional. We were offered a drink while we decided what our purchase would be. It was a pleasant experience and would visit again
