The service was high and information clear. The assistant did need reminding of social distancing but he was polite and took note. The delivery wait time was excellent in that I had to only wait a few days for delivery. The staff that delivered the bed kept me up to date and informed days before delivery, the day before and also whilst on route to deliver the bed. They adhered to all the Covid rules and were really efficient, friendly and polite. Please pass on my thanks.
