Staff very friendly, not in a rush. Very knowledgable about pillows abs mattresses. New sleep tech quite impressive (although no idea if works or not)

We visited the store on 3 occasions and telephoned in with a question also whilst deciding on which mattress to purchase. Every time we visited we were dealt with superbly in a very friendly and informed way. Matthew (Norwich Branch) was so patient and understanding whilst we researched our options. We visited several other stores but felt that the best service and offers were at Dreams. The fact that we had 30 days trial with the mattress was also a factor as several other stores did not offer this. When we made the choice finally to buy the Harrison Spinks mattress, which we had liked upon our first visit, he completed our order efficiently, explaining everything along the way and saying if we had any questions, we could ring in at any time. I rang in the day after as I wanted it to be known that we had received such excellent service from Matthew. In fact, all the staff were very friendly and pleasant to us whilst we were in store. I have already recommended Dreams to friends and family and of the stores we visited, we felt that Dreams had the edge with professionalism and service. Thank you so much. P.S.
