Great customer service from Laurence, he knew the products, gave us helpful information but left us to look around and then ask questions when we were ready, with no pressure from him

The person greeted us politely, listened to my parents needs, recommended they went on machine which narrowed mattress choice down 4 to try...offered hot and cold drinks, nothing too much trouble, able to have a joke together and felt totally relaxed, no pressures to make a quick decision when buying. Order went smoothly, everything explained to my parents from start to finish..would highly recommend people went to your store before trying anywhere else...my parents are 88, and 84..very impressed with service received throughout...thank you

Well as soon as we walked in we were greeted by David who begin to talk us through the mattress machine and how it works which was incredibly useful in finding our perfect mattress. David took the time to make sure that we found something that was in our budget but also of great quality which we found and will definitely be returning in the future.
