I saw a couple of mattresses online but one was not going to be in the store for a week. A phone call was offered for when the item arrived and this was done. I Subsequently went into the store and was dealt with by the assistant I spoke to on the phone. I was pleased that Dreams rang me back and found the assistant pleasant and efficient and Covid rules were maintained at all times.

The Dreams team at your Norwich store were a 'Dream Team'. We were immediately greeted at the entrance and made to feel that all Covid-19 procedures had been followed. Matthew, who looked after us is a credit to the store; he was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to rush us in to a decision. Having hardly ventured out during the current period, we're so pleased to have found such a friendly and welcoming team in these difficult times.
