I was amazed by your sleep machine which calculated the best mattresses for me with the information I gave if. The salesman knew his job and was very helpful but not pushy which I like he allowed me plenty of time to make my choice of mattress from your machines suggestions.

Very good service, by Laurence. Really liked the sleepmatch experience and we had several beds to choose from even bought pillows and offered a drink on entrance and again during purchase.

From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted with a smile and an offer to help if we needed it we knew we'd chosen the right store for our intended purchase. We were offered and accepted the Dream machine to see what sort of bed range would be best for us and shown 6 beds. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and never rushed us so we had time to lie on each bed for as long as we needed. When we'd narrowed it down to two he advised we try them both again which we did. I have problems sleeping because of the constant pain I'm in, when my husband came back from the toilet he found me almost asleep, the bed felt very comfortable. We had come in just to replace our mattress but having been shown round the store we decided to replace the complete bed. We went for the motorised bed so we'd have help with the sitting up position and raising my legs when I get night cramps and restless leg syndrome. All in all we came away feeling that we'd been listened to and advised correctly.
