I have not replaced a bed or a mattress for many years and I did lots of research on the internet before browsing shops. I had been in 5 different shops and seen the type of base and mattress I was after but Dreams was the only shop that had the examples of the different mattresses as models on the wall. I could see exactly the type of mattress I was after which I wasn't able to do in the other shops. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the shop altogether. Some shops feel like a damp warehouse. Dreams to me felt like the Marks and Spencers of food shopping if you understand what I mean. I 'bought' the shop before I bought the bed. I was so pleased I went back the next week and ordered a mattress for a different bed.

My husband and I have never used Dreams before but will certainly be using them in the future. Our experience in the shop was a good one from the minute we entered the store. Hand sanitisers were in place both upstairs and down & everyone was keeping the proper distance. We able to order the goods we needed quickly and easily, limiting the time needed to be in the store.

I feel we are high satisfied with Matthews service today, he greeted us and offered tea and coffee he then explained to us how to use the the sleep match machine and what it will do. Once finished he explained which mattress was best suited for us and gave us pillows to go test out. We then asked his advice on head boards and he gave us his honest opinion. When it came to purchase he done us a fantastic deal which we are very happy with.
